TingNect – Build For Billions was centered on introducing the Ting Application Chain – an advanced Web3 digital infrastructure platform – along with the launch of TingNect Card: Gateway To Web3 (Web3 Digital Identity Card). This breakthrough solution enables identification, authentication, and seamless connection between users, developers, and projects within an open, transparent, and secure Web3 ecosystem, laying the foundation for sustainable development and global digital expansion.

According to the founder and Chief Technology Officer of UFIN, “‘Billion’ is not only the goal of reaching one billion users and one billion dollars in value (Unicorn) within the next 10 years but also represents the aspiration of those building technology.”
Currently, the Web3 market remains relatively small, with only about 200–300 million users out of more than 3 billion internet users worldwide. Therefore, the program’s ambition of reaching one billion users highlights the importance of truly understanding user behavior and needs, enabling builders to provide accessible and user-friendly technical solutions.

Web3 enhances transparency, security, reduces intermediaries, optimizes costs, and fosters innovation through new economic models. Users can participate in community governance via DAOs, transfer data seamlessly, and expand global opportunities.
Event Objectives and Significance
The launch of the TingNect Card – Gateway To Web3 aimed to create a collaborative technology community, bringing together founders, C-level executives, investors, and strategic partners. Beyond updating digital transformation trends and introducing practical solutions for safe and rapid project deployment, the event also sought to expand international cooperation and affirm Vietnam’s role on the global Web3 map.
