May 23, 2025 – Alchemy, the leading web3 development platform, today announced its acquisition of HeyMint, an innovative NFT launchpad and community engagement platform. The acquisition, which concluded on April 30, will see the core teams behind HeyMint and its popular "HeyMint Quest" web3 engagement booster join Alchemy. This strategic move is set to significantly expand the presence and developer support for Alchemy Smart Wallets, a user-friendly onboarding system designed to bring the next billion users into web3. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
HeyMint has distinguished itself by removing the technical barriers to NFT creation and community growth. Its comprehensive suite of tools includes a free NFT art generator, a customizable no-code smart contract builder, a minting website solution, an allowlist manager, and a quest-based engagement system. These offerings have empowered over 40,000 creators to launch their projects and generate more than $38 million in revenue. The platform supports a wide array of EVM-compatible blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Linea, and has facilitated the launch of over 4,000 smart contracts, serving more than 1 million users.

HeyMint was co-founded by CEO Mai Akiyoshi, a former senior software engineer at Gusto, and COO Ben Yu, an inaugural Thiel Fellow and co-founder of Stream.
